Photography is one of the most important arts known since the previous century. Experts would define it as the art of capturing or recording light. It doesn’t get any plainer than that. When you press the “shoot” button and the light flashes, you just captured a moment—in that case, the light of that moment. Children may be the most photographed but they could be the hardest subjects to deal with. A child photographer specializing in doing child portraits could really have a tough time dealing with children or temper tantrums or those who are fidgety, wiggly, or running all over the place … as we all know they can 🙂
Many parents feel that studio shoots for a child portrait appear to be ‘too staged’ and many child photographers also feel this way. In formal studio photo shoots, some children feel restrained and they cease to be their natural selves.
